ALLOYS

Alloys for sputtering targets are not always easy to get. At SPM you find the following alloys (including low-melting alloys) and pure metals:

LOW MELTING ALLOYS AND PURE METALS:

  • Indium Bismuth

  • Tin Bismuth

  • Indium Tin

  • Tin Lead

  • Bismuth

  • more low-melting alloys and pure metals upon request

ALLOYS:

  • Iron Cobalt

  • Iron-Nickel

  • Silver Copper

  • Silver Gold

  • Titanium Zircon

  • more alloys upon request

The melting and mixing are done according to your specification: any ratio is possible up to diameter 100 mm. Moreover, there is no MOQ (minimum order quantity) at SPM – single pieces can be purchased. Do you need a bonded target? No problem, SPM also does the bonding for you.
